Updates to the OPRAmachine Terms of Service

We're always working on ways to improve the user experience of OPRAmachine users. We're writing to notify our users that our terms of service and privacy policy have been updated.

These terms amend and supplement the original terms that govern your use of the OPRAmachine service. We encourage you to read the full terms of service on our website.

Among other things these updates:

• Clarify acceptable use policies of the OPRAmachine service
• Simplify our content removal policies and procedures, as well as policies for requests for user information
• Revise the language of our terms for compliance purposes

No action is required from users to acknowledge these updated terms. Your continued use of the OPRAmachine service, including the submission of OPRA requests, constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

These terms will take effect on December 12th, 2022 for existing OPRAmachine users, while new users creating an account on November 13th, 2022 will be subject to them immediately.
